Cinnamon Honey Nut Overnight Oats

Oats is not empty of balanced, reduced-GI carbohydrates to give vitality each day to you. This oats menu that is overnight moves even further with metabolism-increasing nutmeg, protein-loaded nuts, plus a feel of organic honey. Naturally, it won’t keep you piling one hour when you arrive at work!

Talking of work… you kow how it’s like to never have enough time in the morning? Only create these overnight and seize them when the entranceway runs out. You can even make multiple batches on Sunday night and take them with you throughout the week! I like to make mine in a wide-mouth pint mason jar and take them to go in the car. Reheat them if desired, but I actually prefer them cold. The best part about overnight oats is that they’re pretty foolproof, so feel free to stir in some almond butter, protein powder, flax or chia seeds… pretty much anything you want

Cinnamon Honey Lover Overnight Oatmeal (acts 1-2)
• 1 cup conventional gluten-free rolled oats
• 1 cup nut milk (I used almond)
• 2 teaspoons organic honey (or maple syrup to get a vegetarian alternative)
• vanilla extract that is organic
• 1/4 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons sliced almonds

1. In a Pintsized mason jar, mix oats and dairy. Blend in nutmeg, vanilla, honey, and 2 tablespoons sliced almonds. Address and refrigerate overnight, then prime with outstanding a mix of nutmeg plus 2 tablespoons of nuts before eating.
