Gluten-free Dairy-free Plum Crumble

This menu is really classic. I delivered it to three events, in every moment people talk about it no one can actually imagine that this is milk and gluten free . Although it’s delightful with apples, specially when they’re in season. Happy cooking!

How to prepare:

Components
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 glass gluten-free flour
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup blanched almond meal
1/4 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 heaping tablespoons of finely chopped candied ginger
6 apples, leaves and sliced removed
3/4 Sugar or sucanat granulated
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg -crushed
1/2 pot World Balance Natural Buttery Spread/twigs, dissolved (utilize the Soy-free World Harmony to really make the menu soy-free)

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. In a medium pan, carefully combine 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp every gluten-free, 1/4 tsp ground ginger and almond food, 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Add it to sliced apples until they completely coat. Prepare, skin side-up, in a ungreased 9×9″ cooking pan.
3. Mix remaining 1 tbsp brown sugar, sugar/sucanat, baking powder, 1/2 cup almond food, 1/2 pot GF flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, sodium, and candied ginger. Mix. Mix in egg. Then, by using your hands, blend it until cry crumbs remain. In case your batter is too wet, add another tbsp of almond food and/or gluten-free combination and flour. Mix apples over.
4. Bake it for around 35 minutes. If the top is brown and crusty the meal is completed.
5. Remove from stove and serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
